Dear morphometricians, please, is there anyone who has done permutation tests in TPSregr for repeated testing of the same individual? It should be something that is specified by using the "among blocks" option in the permutation test window. However, I am not completely sure about how to specify the order of the specimens in the data files. Thanks a lot, in advance, for your help. Cheers
