Hello, I am writing in reference to the program for Symmetry and Assymmetry in Geometric Data, Sage. Currently, I am working on some aspects of symmetry of turtles for my PhD studies. I have some pictures and biometric data from several species of turtles. I would like to obtain a particular symmetry index for each turtle in order to set correlations with other variables like immune response, parasites, etc. Do you think I could get this index with this program? Do you know any helpful manual for using the program? Thank you very much for the attention.
