We are co-ordinating a symposium entitled 'Geometric Morphometrics:
Applications in Entomology', to be held during the Joint Annual
Meeting of the Entomological Society of Canada and the Entomological
Society of Ontario, 19-22 October 2008, in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Our aim is to generate discussion among scientists who use
morphometric approaches and to highlight the diversity of geometric
morphometric applications.

We invite entomologists who use geometric morphometric techniques,
and who are interested in presenting their work as part of this
symposium, to contact us.

Please reply directly to [EMAIL PROTECTED] or
[EMAIL PROTECTED] with a brief description of your research.

Please note that it is not possible for us to offer financial support
for travel or other expenses associated with the symposium.

For information on the society, see http://www.esc-sec.org/ .
