Hi Jen and Jess,
I won't be able to make the symposium, though it looks really good.
Perhaps you could announce future symposia earlier? Also, is there a
schedule, list of presenters, or proceedings that is or will be available?
Thanks,
Katie Brakora

We'd like to let everyone know about a symposium happening at the end
of this month, titled 'Geometric Morphometrics in Ecology and
Evolution'.
It is part of the Ontario Ecology and Ethology Colloquium happening
28-30 April in Guelph, Ontario. More information is available at
www.oeec.ca <http://www.oeec.ca> .
The symposium will highlight diverse applications of geometric
morphometrics in evolutionary ecology. Topics include conservation,
incorporating geometric morphometric data in phylogeny construction,
quantative genetics, evo-devo, and speciation.
The colloquium atmosphere is relaxed enough that it will be easy to
meet and chat with speakers who are applying techniques of interest.
The symposium speakers come from institutions within and outside of
Ontario, including the University of Toronto, Harvard University, the
University of Michigan, Indiana University and the University of
Alberta, among others.
Cheers and hope to see some of you there!
