That computation can be performed using the NTSYSpc software. The main
limitation is that the visualization of the results as shape is more
difficult than in using the tpsPLS software for 2D data.

I would like to do the PLS (partial least square) to to investigate
the
correlation between the shape of the face and shape of dental arch,
actually my data are 3D, I  search in  the available  software
series at
morphomet website they appear to be unsuitable for my data, any one
has
a suggestion regarding a software with such capability?.
