Hi Andrew,

I was wondering the responses you have received regarding your question
on PCoA for combination of quantitative and qualitative data together.
Would you like to share the responses you have received?

Kind Regards

Seyit Ali

Dear Morphometricians: does anyone know how to do a Principal Coordinate
Analysis in Systat? I have quantitative data and qualitative data
(scored as 1, 2, 3 etc) and I want to analyse them together. Am I right
in thinking that a PCA is incorrect for this kind of mixed data? If so,
how do I do a PCoA using Systat? Thanks.
