Well, if the question is how to add scale back into the TPS coords, you
could import them into Morpheus and export them to any other format,
maybe even TPS. Or save as morpheus, reload, and export to TPS -
separate scaling should be lost during that transform. -ds

Hi Mark...
I am not the best user of IMP programs, but when I used it once, I had
to put the last two landmarks as a scale (in the same distance in all
the images) on tpsdig2, so the CoordGen could read it. I don't have a
lot of experience but as much as I know, if you want to use the set
scale option on tpsdig2, it will work in the tps programs but not in the
IMP programs. Probably there is an option but I don't know it, maybe
somebody with more experience can help you (us) more.
Brgds and happy holidays to all morphometricians,
Jimena.
