I suspect the problem is that the tps programs are for 2D data. I think
there is some 3D functionality for morphometric data in NTSYS, but not
most of the tps programs.
Recent programs that handle 3D data to one degree or another include:
- Morpheus et al
- Morphologika
- MorphoJ
- IMP (I think)
Others will chime in to fill out the list.

Hi!
I'm having problems with tpsSplin!
When downloading my reference configuration I always gat an error
message:"Access violation at address 77B93592 in module 'ntdll.dll'.
Write of address 0000003C"
I don't know what it means! Maybe I don't have the right data? I'm using
3D models with 68 landmarks each and my data is in a .nts format.
I hope someone can help me!
