Hi, select your data matrix (distances), choose "Principal coordinates" in
the Multivar menu, and then select "User distance" at the bottom of the
list of similarity indices.

There is a Past mailing list, at

Hi everybody,

I am trying to perform a Principal Coordinate Analysis in PAST
from a distance matrix (that is my "raw" data) but I dont
remember what I must to make the program read my data as a
quadrate distance matrix and not as a Taxa * characters one.

may someone can help me with this issue.
many thanks!

sincerely,

pancho
