Hi, Yu,

As far as I know, some functions implemented in R can bootstrap a
dendogram derived from any clustering analysis. I think you may setup R
to accomplish your analysis. Pl. refer to the links below.  Read it
carefully and try it out.

    Dear Morphometricians

    I conducted a geometric morphometric analysis of tooth .I want to do a
    cluster analysis(ntsyspc2.1) using UPGMA with the Euclidean distance as
    distance measure. Should I do a Bootstrap analysis and what software can
    be applied to do it generally?
