I just uploaded an update of MorphoJ, to version 1.03a. It is available
from:

This version adds partial least-squares analysis *within* a
configuration of landmarks as an additional method. For more details,

I have not been very good about announcing smaller updates to MorphoJ in
the last several months. There actually were quite a few updates, some
with various bug fixes, and others with various tweaks and additional
functions (e.g. an option for drawing confidence ellipses in scatter
plots, more control over labeling plots, etc.). For details on all
