Colleagues,
We have made two small updates to geomorph which we wish to bring to your 
attention. Both are rather specialized and may affect only a small subset of 
users, however we wanted to alert everyone just in case.
First, a recent change to the underlying code in procD.fit inadvertently 
precluded use of weights or offsets in model fitting. This programming bug has 
now fixed.

Second, we have corrected an issue identified when 3+ partitions were used in 
integration.test and when the first partition contained variables which were 
not contiguous in the data.frame. Thanks to Zac Selden for identifying the 
issue.
Both changes have been made on github, and the updated version of geomorph may 
be installed as:
devtools::install_github("geomorphR/geomorph",ref="Stable").
