Colleagues,
We have made two small updates to geomorph which we wish to bring to your
attention. Both are rather specialized and may affect only a small subset of
users, however we wanted to alert everyone just in case.
First, a recent change to the underlying code in procD.fit inadvertently
precluded use of weights or offsets in model fitting. This programming bug has
now fixed.
Second, we have corrected an issue identified when 3+ partitions were used in
integration.test and when the first partition contained variables which were
not contiguous in the data.frame. Thanks to Zac Selden for identifying the
issue.
Both changes have been made on github, and the updated version of geomorph may
be installed as:
devtools::install_github("geomorphR/geomorph",ref="Stable").
