Hello everyone, because it took 1 day from asking this question to Morphmet make it publicly available, this post seems asking a question already answered in geomoeph Google forum (https://groups.google.com/forum/m/#!topic/geomorph-r-package/vzkhjmd1_Yc) when in fact the question was asked simultaneously in two forums. I ask in both forums because it is of interest to GM users as a whole as well as related to shape score in geomoeph.
