Dear collagues, Registration is open for the 3D Geometric Morphometrics course organized by Transmitting Science. Due to the travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, this edition will be offered live online. Dates: August 24th-28th, 2020
Instructor: Dr Melissa Tallman (Grand Valley State University, USA) Course Overview This course is entitled to teach the main concepts of *shape analysis* based on *three dimensional landmark *coordinates. In this course, you will learn to manipulate 3D models and use them to collect landmark data, take measurements, and to quantify and visualize the main differences in shape. Full program: https://www.transmittingscience.com/courses/geometric-morphometrics/3d-geometric-morphometrics/#program REQUIREMENTS Graduate or postgraduate degree in Biomedical, Life or Earth Sciences, basic knowledge of statistics. *Basic knowledge* of Geometric Morphometrics is recommended. All participants must *have a personal computer *(Windows), with webcam if possible, and* a good internet connection*.
