Hi Viviana,
If you don't want to mess around with Slicer, the old version of
Landmark Editor *is* still available. You can download the 2019
version (last updated in 2010, I think) here:

https://web.archive.org/web/20100611130626/http://graphics.idav.ucdavis.edu/research/projects/EvoMorph/supplement/Landmark_v3_b6.exe

That file should include the help documentation as well. Certainly you
can still use it, and cite it as well.
