Dear morphometricians, how exactly can I run a MANOVA with tpsregr? I don't understand how to create the independent file by effect-coding. I`ve got a tps file with 76 specimens and want to compare 6 different groups. How do I set the groups before in the tps file? Is there an easier way to do a MANOVA with another program for this case?
