Concerns problems with small sample sizes and high dimensional data. A 
continuation of the Cardini et al. (2019) study about the bgPCA method but with 
a more general explanation of the problem and how it applies to many other 
methods.  It also relates to the recent Cardini (2020) paper about 
"high-density" morphometrics.
