Hi everyone I´m a beginner with GM and I´m trying to get a good understanding of the basics. I wonder what kind of shape variables MorphoJ produces when one performs a Procrustes fit, generates a Covariance matrix, and then performs a PCA. Are those PCA coordinates Relative Warps like the ones you get in tpsRelw?
