Hi everyone. I am in the middle of an analysis and have hit a MorphoJ program freeze issue. Can anyone help?
I input my .txt file and do Procrustes fit just fine. I was looking at outliers and removed a bunch of observations to see what would happen, and now I can't include them back in. "Include/exclude observations" freezes the program if I try to include one or more observations, regardless of whether I try to create a new dataset or not. Regardless of the dataset version I use, the program somehow remembers the list of excluded observations from earlier datasets and won't let me bring them back. I have: -created a new project with original data file, recreated/renamed original data file, and resaved original data file as both .csv and .txt -changed the names of the observations (slightly--added a 1 in front of them) -closed and restarted the program -closed and restarted the computer -reinstalled MorphoJ -reinstalled Java Any ideas? Has anyone had this happen? How does the program still "remember" this list? And how can I make it "forget"? Thanks for any ideas.
