Hello Everyone, meshDist looks like a useful function to display heat maps of differences between meshes. I would like to use it but am unable to think through the workflow of how to employ it.
I have aligned my point array with gpagen. Since it doesn't use meshes I believe it means my meshes are no longer aligned with the gpagen coords output. If I were to use meshDist to compare gpagen consensus with a more extreme specimen, I am not sure how to get the meshes to align with the post-gpagen coordinates. Am I misunderstanding how meshDist should be used? If so, what would be a better way to have a heat map of differences projected onto a mesh?
