Is it possible to find a genetic relationship between them? I assigned the matrix of individual shape variability (ind from General Procrustes Analysis) to ind x side. Is it right? And the next question. Is it better to compare these ratios with each other, or is it better to refer each ind matrix to the ind x side matrix of the total population of all samples (from GPA)?
