Hi Pablo,
As already mentioned, there is the function interlmkdist in geomorph (
https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/geomorph/versions/4.0.3/topics/interlmkdist),
which calculates the distance between landmarks according to your given
scale (mm, cm, etc). However, I believe it calculates the distances
between  landmarks before Procrustes.
