Hello Paulo, Could you clarify what you mean by Type 2 landmarks? TPS only digitizes landmarks, and the distinctions between Types I, II, or III are just theoretical definitions—the landmark is just a landmark. If it was placed using TPS, it should appear in MorphoJ, especially since this software does not recognize semilandmarks (if you maybe are talking about that)
Did you apply any special treatment to the data? If you have the TPS file, feel free to send me screenshots of the error, and I can review it for you.
