Dear all, Spring editions of SlicerMorph 101 and 102 courses will run last week of March and April, respectively. As a reminder 101 course is focused on mechanics of 3D digital morphology tasks like data import, visualization, segmentation, animations, taking measurement, data sharing, while 102 course is specific to 3D morphometric data collection (manual landmarking, semi/pseudoLMs, template-based landmarking, and other automation methods, visualizing morphospaces, intergration with R etc). 101 course (or equivalent proficiency with Slicer and SlicerMorph) is a requirement for 102 course.
Application portal for the 101 course is now open: https://forms.gle/fXvAr7hJNMXD8Qve8 and will close on March 9th before midnight (seattle time).
