Dear all,
I'm trying to select outlines of ceramic vessels in tpsDig2 ver. 2.32
software. However, when I import them in R using import_tps function
(Momocs package), and after creating the outline file, I see that the
outlines are not well selected - the lower left part of the contours is cut
(you can see it in the "Outlines ceramics.png" file). I've tried changing
the resolution of images and the number of points for outlines, but the
problem persists. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem? I
have also attached one original image of the contours ("Vessel 1.png").
