I can suggest the of Paul Brakefield 
(http://biology.leidenuniv.nl/ibl/S6a/index.html), and the colloborating 
labs. He does not (yet) do geomorphomerics, but uses distance measurements.

I work myself on drosophilid wings, with geomorphomerics.
