Stephanie, tpsDig hates long paths; it returns odd error messages when you are trying to open a tps file in a deep folder. This doesn't sound like the problem you're experiencing. However, you can try moving the file and images to a higher folder with a short name, like C:/analysis.
It would be helpful to see some snippets from the tps file. Could you paste some into a post (the first few and last few lines should be enough)? Feel free to email me the file and I'll take a look. -Jonathan Krieger Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Campus Box 334 University of Colorado Boulder, CO 80309-0334 303.735.3135 (tel) 303.492.8699 (fax) email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://ucsub.colorado.edu/~kriegej/ -- Replies will be sent to the list.
