Alex,

Try using BIGFIX in the IMP package. BIGFIX subjects the landmarks to
reflection and averaging. There is a brief description of this in
Zelditch et al. 2004 (The Green Book).

Subject: mirroring/reflecting

I have collected craniofacial data from fossil hominins that are missing
landmarks. I have no real idea how I should go about mirroring the
landmarks I do have so that my data set will be more complete.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, Alex
