Dear morphometricians,
I would greatly appreciate your advice on an issue which is probably
very simple for most of you.
What shall I do if I suspect non-linearities in a PLS analysis? Is there
any way to incorporate non-linearities in the model? Also, is there a
way for testing whether non-linearities are negligible?
