Dear morphometricians, I'm using APS 2.41 to analyze the relationship between the principal components of shape (PCs) and the size. Default factor of the regression is the centroid size of the superimposition but any other factor can be loaded. But when I save the centroïd sizes (File/ save sizes) and reload them (File/Open factor) to do the regression, I don't get the same results. I guess there is a difference between the centroïd sizes and the score on the regression component. Could you help me on that.
