Dear Colleagues, Once again I would like to inform you about possibility to do your research on morphometrics (and much more) and be granted by the EU. There is a program called Synthesys (http://www.synthesys.info/access.html) supporting access to 19 European natural history museums and botanic gardens. In our institute in Warsaw (PL TAF--http://www.synthesys.info/pltaf.htm) there is a new Hitachi scanning microscope S-3400M (incl. sputter coater and critical point dryer, cool stage), Reflex 3D microscope http://www.reflexmeasurement.co.uk/newmicro.htm), Kontron scanning camera as well as the required geometric morphometrics software at your disposal. There is also a high-quality newest 3D laser scanner (VI-9i) from Minolta (http://www.minolta-3d.com/) installed here; accuracy is really great and scans impressive.
Do not miss the chance. The deadline is very soon: September 15, 2006!!!!
