It has become a rather complicated procedure to get the most recent build of the original Morpheus et al. software, so I have put together a .zip archive with all the latest files.
You should be able to just download the archive, unzip it to a convenient location, then run the MRPH-GUI.EXE or mrph-cmd.exe files from that directory. See the "00README.TXT" in that package for more information and documentation of the ptest module that does randomization testing of group mean differences. The zip file can be found on the "Morpheus" page I have added to http://www.morphometrics.org. I will try to add a link to the original morpheus page, too. I have also included an outline and screenshots of the past development and current status of a new version of Morpheus I am writing from scratch.
