Dear morphometricians,

There are some landmarks in my study that I couldn't identify (damaged
material) in a reasonable number of specimens (some of those "missing"
landmarks in more than 25% of them).

What I would like to ask is there any "reasonable"/maximum percentage of
missing data in order to carry out a "valid" shape analysis?

Thanks in advance

Luis
