Hi there!

I've been trying to open the pdf file of the Blue Book following the link
posted by Dr Rohlf, but I get an error message (The file is damaged and
could not be repaired). Did anyone have the same problem? Does anyone have
any good hints about this?
Thanks
Antigoni
