Subject: TPSTree and nexus files

Dear colleagues,

I am unable to open the nexus tree file in TPSTree, which provides the
error message:

“Number of OTUs in tree (0) not the same as in the data (50).

I have made sure that the number of samples is the same I both files
and that the tree file is not corrupted or broken. The tree file is
readable in mesquite (both mac and pc versions), maclade , Treeview,
treeme, and others.

I have saved the file from mesquite and maclade in an attempt to solve
any hidden file format issues, but the problem persists.

I have reviewed the text structure of the nexus tree file, and
everything seems to be fine.

I will be grateful if you can provide me with advice and possible
solutions to this problem. I will gladly provide the data files if
necessary.
