Dear Franzi,

Although this is more a personal response to a personal question, you
did not included a target email. So here is my answer to the whole forum.

Please refer to the following links for further information on npMANOVA
in the R-package.

http://tolstoy.newcastle.edu.au/R/help/06/03/24328.html

http://cc.oulu.fi/~jarioksa/softhelp/vegan/html/adonis.html

There is also an interesting npMANOVA designed by Marti Jane Anderson at:

http://www.stat.auckland.ac.nz/~mja/Programs.htm

All that said, I will still like to receive any comments on alternative
available software for npMANOVA.

Dear Pablo

I would be interested in the name of the R package for non-parametric
MANOVA.
Thanks
Fränzi

Dear colleagues,

Besides the R package, there is only one application I am aware of that
peforms non-parametric MANOVA, and is the one included in PAST (Hammer,
2007).

I will be grateful if you can point me towards an alternative
application that provides this kind of contrast test.

Thank you.
