The input files are data matrices - not covariance matrices. The program
will compute the necessary covariance or correlation matrices. The shape
data file gives landmark coordinates in either tps or nts file formats.
The variables file (if that option is used) must be in the nts file
format. The help file shows examples and some sample files are installed
with the program.
