You can do that by just doing a GPA separately on each set of three.
Alternatively, you can do a GPA of the entire set (using the tpsRelw program for example) and then compute group means of the partial warp scores (not included in the tps programs but you can output the matrix of partial warp scores in several formats to input to other software). I would prefer the latter choice as it assures that measures of within-specimen variation (digitizing error) are all calculated in the same tangent space.

Dear Morphometricians
I am a begginer in Geometric Morphometric techniques. I digitized my
wings' samples three times separately to reduce my measurement
error using TPSdig., but I don't know how I can obtain the mean
of them.  I want to use this mean landmarks for shape analysis.
