Dear
Morphometricians,
I evaluated
the effect of some variables on shape variation and I also performed the
regression of the weight matrix onto ecogeographical variables with centroid
size used as covariable.
Is it
possible (and meaningful) to visualize such “allometry-free” shape changes
along the particular ecogeographical gradient as deformation grids? If
so, what software can do this?
Thank you
for your answers!
Lenka
