Hello!

I have a doubt about multivariate allometry….....

When one have two species with different allometric ontogenetic pattern we must to do separate analysis (relate centroid size to shape) for each one in geometric morphometrics studies. For that I can see this is a problem to traditional multivariate morphometrics (PCA or Common-PCA based on measurements). But a friend told me that there is a method that could be used with traditional data (he didn’t remember its name!).
Somebody know something about this??.

Sincerely,

pancho
