Hi everybody,
I am working with geometric morphometrics with TPS programs, on seven
different species of fishes. After I get the thin plate splines, I can
see the variation vectors of each landmark for each specie shape
configuration, compared to the mean configuration. Is there any option
where I can get the values of direction and lenght of this vectors, for
each landmark and each specie?
