Hello all, I have txt files of 3-d landmarks collected on the prezygapophyses of primate lumbar vertebrae for use in morphologika2.5. I would like to use the data for another project by extracting linear distances between the collected landmarks. It appears from an earlier thread (http://www.mail-archive.com/morphmet%40morphometrics.org/msg01364.html) that I may be able to use Morpheus to do so. I am unfamiliar with Morpheus, and it seems like I might have to reformat files in order to be supported. I am not familiar with any of the supported formats. Are there any suggestions for me, someone will very little computer finagling abilities, on how to reformat morphologika files? Or, is there an alternative program which supports morphologika files that could make these linear measurements?
