TpsRelw is software written for 2D data. Try instead to use MorphoJ or
Morphologika to calculate the mean shape (consensus) of your dataset -
they can both cope very well with 3D data.

Hi,
I'm trying to import 3D data (x-, y-, z-coordinates) into tpsRelw but I
can't figure out how to import the z-coordinates.
I have no trouble importing 2D data (x- and y-coordinates only). This is
an example of what I imported from Microsoft notepad into tpsRelw for 2D
data (which worked):

that it can give me a 3D concensus form?
An example or any help would be much appreciated!
