NTSYSpc does allow the use of a double quote " to mark a comment line.

It does not allow blanks in labels except in XLS files. Note that it displays the underscore character as a blank so you can display labels that look like they include blanks.

Working in Budapest just now. The following may be relevant. Past days
had trouble importing Landmark NTSYS files into Morpheus. Reasons:

a) use of single quote instead of double for comments (maybe should
allow if NTSYS does).

b) Output labels sometimes include spaces. Not sure if this is allowed
in NTSYS or could be handled by quotes.

Anyway, the above might help.

Best, ds

I am having trouble opening data in Morphologika that was created in
Landmark. I have tried renaming the file extensions but this has not worked.

I keep receiving two types of error messages: one says that the file is
not the correct file type (whether it is .txt, .tps, or .nts), and the
other says that there was a problem loading data.

Can anybody help me with exporting from Landmark and importing into
Morphologika?

As you can tell, I am very new at this and still trying to learn. Thanks
in advance.
