Hello All IMP users and Fellow GM users, I am just currently getting involved with GM, I am an undergraduate student at Muhlenberg College and currently doing research on a variety of skulls from the family Scuridae and I have been experiencing some problems with the IMP software. I used the mginstaller, but I may have done this incorrectly so I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the path because I am getting a error saying "The procedure entry point mlfIsnumeric could not be located in the dynamic link library libmmfile.dll." This is one error that I was experiencing, another one was once I did get the IMP software to work(such as CoordGen6f) the program seems to incorrectly presented in the fact that the display box has all of the buttons misplaced such as the load file 1 red + button is over the graph area and the axes are not visible due to crowding. I am not the most computer savy person, but I tired to tackle the problem and I haven't found a solution. I was wondering if anyone had any sugguestions? Oddly as another point, ( I am working off of my Laptop which is a dell inspiron e1505 with xp), I just installed the mginstaller on an older computer in the lab I am working in and now the program appears to be significantly more visible with no errors, so I was wondering if anyone knew how this problem could be fixed so I may work from my laptop.
