Prof. Adriaens has confirmed in a personal email that the paper has
indeed not been published. So I think it is best to treat it as an
online source as Thorsten suggests.

I have found an article from D. Adriaens on the internet: Protocol for
error testing in landmark based geometric morphometrics (23/05/2007).
However, I don't seem to be able to figure out where it was originally
published. Does anybody have the full citation for this paper?
