Dear colleagues, I have followed the methods which used in Rohlf (1996 in Sys. Biol.) to analysis the landmarks. I use TPSRW to output the W matrix. Then use it to NTSYSpc. First I use PoolVCV to output the files. Then these files input to CVA. But the error is always there, which is 'end of file error in trying to read element 2 from Sample sizes vector'. I am not sure what is the problem. Could you help me out in this holiday season.
