To run those models I need the mean value of certain morphological characters per species. I have already used the centroid size of the skulls calculated with tpsRelw. I have taken landmarks from 10 specimens per species. I now need a measure of shape. Can I do a relative warps analysis for each species and use the scores (the first one would carry most of the shape information I guess)?
