It seems that the prior update (1.48) introduced a serious bug. I
believe it is now fixed in version 1.49. Sorry for the inconvenience –
and thanks to the many people who quickly alerted me to the problem. The
new version is now on the Stony Brook Morphometrics server. Remember
that it is usually a good idea to uninstall the old version before you
try to replace it with a new version.
