Dear list members,

I have been testing R-project results for landmark analysis (following
Claude's book) and found that, although the centroid size and Xs of the
allign specimens is similar across programms, the aligned Ys position,
weight matrix, consensus, etc. differs between programs. I created a
test data file of 6 samples, each with 11 landmarks and run it in
morphoJ, tpsrelw and R :^( (found bellow).

I imagine, this might be due to different options taken in each
program... any ideia why this happens?
How could we produce exactly the same results?
